There are three ways in: your mobile number with a 4 digit OTP, your Google account, or a QR code scanned with the GoodSpace app. All three open the same account.

Enter your mobile number, verify the 4 digit OTP, then answer a few short setup questions. There is no separate registration form, the first sign in with a new number creates the account.

Setup runs in four short steps: your details or resume, your experience and expected salary, then job titles, skills, location and three values, and finally the Gold plans. Answers save as you go.

Select Sign up or log in with Google and pick your Google account. If the account is new you are then asked for a mobile number and a 4 digit OTP, because your number is what identifies the account.

Yes, for India, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the United States and Spain. Change the country flag in the login box before you type your number.

The SMS usually arrives in 15 to 30 seconds. Check the number on screen, wait for the resend timer, then use Resend OTP. Indian numbers also get a WhatsApp option after the first resend.

A code is valid for 10 minutes and only the newest one works. If you get a mismatch, use the most recent SMS, check you are on the right number, and send a fresh code.

After five wrong codes, sign in on that number is paused for one hour. Nothing happens to your account or your data, and it unlocks on its own.

After you use Resend OTP once, Indian numbers see Didn't get it? Send OTP on WhatsApp. Select it and the same kind of 4 digit code arrives on WhatsApp instead.

In the login box choose Log in using the mobile app, scan the QR with your phone camera, and approve it in the GoodSpace app. The browser signs in on its own, with no OTP.

A QR code is only good for 90 seconds and for one use. Select Refresh QR to get a new one, and make sure the GoodSpace app on your phone is already signed in.

You stay signed in on a browser until you log out or the browser clears its site data. Private windows, clearing history, and a different browser or device all start you signed out.

Open the profile menu, the avatar at the bottom of the side menu, and select Log out. It signs you out of that browser only.

Yes. Your mobile number identifies one account everywhere, so the website and the app show the same profile, applications and messages. You can be signed in on both at once.

Open the profile menu and select Hire Talent. The same account switches to the hiring side, and you can switch back to job seeking the same way.

The email address can be changed from Edit profile, confirmed with a 6 digit code sent to the new address. The mobile number on an account cannot be changed.

These messages mean the number or email is already on a GoodSpace account. Sign in with that mobile number instead of creating a new one, the OTP will get you in.

Go to the delete account page, select Continue to delete my account, pick a reason and write a short comment. Your request is raised and the account is deleted within 24 hours. It cannot be undone once done.

A live paid plan blocks the deletion request so you do not lose a period you have already paid for. The message shows the date your plan ends. Request deletion after that date.

Just sign in again. Logging back in cancels a deletion request that has not been carried out yet, and your account carries on as normal.
