Can I change my mobile number or email?
The email address can be changed from Edit profile, confirmed with a 6 digit code sent to the new address. The mobile number on an account cannot be changed.
Change your email address
- Open Edit profile
On your profile select the pencil next to your name. The box is titled Edit profile.
- Type the new address
Replace what is in the Email field and select save.
- Enter the 6 digit code
The screen moves to Confirm your new email. Enter the code sent to the new address.
The code works for 10 minutes, and your email stays the same until you enter it.

If something goes wrong
"This EmailId has been already registered with another account."
WhyAnother GoodSpace account already uses that address.
FixUse a different address, or sign in to the older account instead.
"A code was just sent. Wait a minute before asking for another."
FixCheck the new inbox, including spam. Wait for the countdown before selecting Send a new code.
"That code has expired. Ask for a new one."
FixSelect Send a new code and enter it within 10 minutes.
"Too many wrong codes. Ask for a new one."
WhyFive wrong tries on the same code.
FixSelect Send a new code and copy it straight from the email.
