The QR code expired or will not scan
A QR code is only good for 90 seconds and for one use. Select Refresh QR to get a new one, and make sure the GoodSpace app on your phone is already signed in.
How the code works

If something goes wrong
"For your safety, this QR code expires after 90 seconds. Please generate a new one."
WhyThe code timed out before the phone approved it.
FixSelect Refresh QR and scan the new code straight away. The panel shows Refreshes in Ns so you can see how long is left.
"Something went wrong. Please try again."
WhyThe code could not be created, usually a brief connection problem.
FixSelect Refresh QR. If it keeps failing, sign in with your mobile number and OTP instead.
Scanning opens a web page saying Open in the GoodSpace app
WhyThe phone does not have the GoodSpace app, so the link fell back to the browser.
FixInstall the app, sign in once with your number, then scan again.
The app opens but says you are not signed in
WhyQR login approves an existing app session, it cannot create one.
FixSign in inside the app first with your number and OTP, then scan the code.
The camera will not focus on the code
WhyScreen glare, a very small window, or a dimmed display.
FixRaise the screen brightness, widen the browser window and hold the phone about 20 to 30 cm away.

Can I reuse a QR code I screenshotted?
No. Each code works once and only for 90 seconds.
It approved on my phone but the computer did not move.
Keep the browser tab in front while it checks. If the tab was in the background for a while, refresh the code and approve again.
