Why was I signed out?
You stay signed in on a browser until you log out or the browser clears its site data. Private windows, clearing history, and a different browser or device all start you signed out.
Why you can find yourself signed out
- You cleared browsing data, cookies or site data
- You were in a private or incognito window, which forgets everything when it closes
- The browser or phone cleaned up storage to free space
- You are on a different browser, a different device, or a work profile
- Someone else used the same browser and logged out
- Site data is blocked for goodspace.ai in your browser settings
Get back in and stay in
- Sign in again
Use your mobile number and OTP, Google, or the QR code from the app.
- Use a normal window
Avoid private or incognito windows for GoodSpace.
- Allow site data
In your browser settings, allow cookies and site data for goodspace.ai. Signing in cannot be remembered without it.
- Install the app
The GoodSpace app keeps its own session, so a browser clean up does not sign you out of it.

Can I be signed in on my laptop and my phone at once?
Yes. Signing in on one device does not sign you out anywhere else.
I get signed out every time I close the browser.
That is usually a setting that clears cookies on exit, or a private window. Check your browser privacy settings for goodspace.ai.
Is there a way to see my active sessions?
There is no session list in the product today. To end a session on a device, open GoodSpace there and select Log out.
