How do I log in with the QR code?
In the login box choose Log in using the mobile app, scan the QR with your phone camera, and approve it in the GoodSpace app. The browser signs in on its own, with no OTP.
Sign in by QR
- Make sure the app is signed in
The GoodSpace app on your phone must already be signed in to the account you want. That is where the sign in is approved.
- Show the QR on the computer
Open the login box and select Log in using the mobile app. The panel is titled Log in via QR code.
- Scan it
Point your phone camera at the code. Any camera app works, it opens the GoodSpace app for you.
- Approve in the app
Confirm the sign in on your phone. The computer shows Approved, signing you in... and takes you to your dashboard.

There is also the reverse. If you are signed in on a computer and want to sign in on your phone without an OTP, open QR sign in, or use QR Authentication in your profile menu, and scan that code with the app on the phone.

That page appears when the phone has no GoodSpace app. Install the app, sign in, then scan again.
Is it safe to scan a QR code to sign in?
The code carries no password and cannot be used on its own. Nothing happens until you approve it inside the app on your own phone.
