How does signing in with Google work?
Select Sign up or log in with Google and pick your Google account. If the account is new you are then asked for a mobile number and a 4 digit OTP, because your number is what identifies the account.
Sign in with Google
- Select the Google button
On goodspace.ai choose Sign up or log in with Google under the mobile number box.
- Pick your Google account
Google asks which account to use and comes straight back to GoodSpace.
- Verify a mobile number if asked
A new account is asked for a 10 digit mobile number and a 4 digit OTP before it is created.
An account you already have signs in immediately with no OTP.
If something goes wrong
"This mobile number is already registered with a different email address."
WhyThe number you typed is on an older GoodSpace account that was created with another email.
FixSign in with that mobile number and its OTP instead, or use a different number on this new account.
"Failed to initiate Google sign-in. Please try again."
WhyThe redirect to Google did not start, usually a network blip or a blocked pop up.
FixRetry once. If it still fails, sign in with your mobile number and OTP instead.
Google finishes but the page shows an error and a Try Again button
WhyThe sign in was not completed on the Google side.
FixSelect Try Again, or close the tab and sign in with your mobile number.
"Please enter a valid 10-digit mobile number"
WhyThe verification box expects a 10 digit number.
FixEnter the number without the country code, spaces or dashes.

Not if the mobile number matches the one already on your account. The number decides which account you land in.
Can I switch to OTP login later?
Yes. Both routes reach the same account, so you can use whichever is convenient each time.
