How do I create a GoodSpace account?
Enter your mobile number, verify the 4 digit OTP, then answer a few short setup questions. There is no separate registration form, the first sign in with a new number creates the account.
Create your account
- Enter your mobile number
Open goodspace.ai and enter the number you want on the account. The OTP is sent automatically.
- Verify the OTP
Type the 4 digit code from the SMS. This is the step that creates the account.
- Give your name and email
The first setup screen asks for Full Name and Email Id, or you can upload a resume and let it fill those in.
Use a personal email address. A work address is rejected with Please enter a valid personal email Id.
- Answer the setup questions
Industry, years of experience, expected salary, then job titles, skills, preferred location and three values.
Some pages ask for a few more details in the same box before the OTP: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email, and a tick to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The name must be 2 to 30 letters with no numbers.
If something goes wrong
"Please enter a valid name. Length should be between 2 and 30."
WhyThe name box is empty, too short or too long.
FixEnter your name in 2 to 30 characters.
"Name can contain only letters."
WhyThe name has digits or symbols in it.
FixRemove numbers, dots and special characters. Spaces are fine.
"Please accept the Terms of Service."
WhyThe consent tick box is not ticked.
FixTick the box next to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy line, then continue.
"email already exist"
WhyAnother GoodSpace account already uses that email address.
FixUse a different email address, or sign in with the mobile number on the older account.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. Creating an account, building your profile and applying to jobs are free. Gold is optional and is sold separately at GoodSpace Gold.
Can I finish the setup questions later?
Yes. Your answers are saved as you go, and coming back to setup drops you on the step you stopped at.
