Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy

GoodSpace

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Purpose and scope

GoodSpace provides AI-assisted recruitment services to businesses. This policy governs all email sent from domains we own and operate, and sets the standards we hold ourselves to. It applies to every message sent by GoodSpace, its employees, and any system operating under our control.

We do not permit the advertising of our websites or services through spam, and we do not engage in it.

2. What we send

We conduct business-to-business outreach. We contact professionals at their business email addresses about recruitment services relevant to their role and organisation.

  • We send to business addresses only. We do not knowingly contact personal or consumer addresses.
  • We contact individuals in roles where hiring or recruitment decisions are made.
  • Our messages are commercial in nature and are identified as such.
  • We recognise that recipients have not individually opted in to receive our first message, and we do not represent our outreach as permissioned mail.

3. How we obtain contact data

  • Contact data is obtained from licensed commercial B2B data providers.
  • All addresses are verified before use. Addresses that fail verification are discarded and not contacted.
  • We do not harvest addresses from websites, directories, or social platforms.
  • We do not generate addresses by guessing, permutation, or dictionary methods.
  • We do not purchase, rent, sell, trade, or share email lists.
  • We do not contact addresses obtained from third parties without a documented lawful source.

4. Opting out

Every recipient can stop contact immediately and permanently.

  • Every message we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 24 hours and are permanent.
  • A reply asking not to be contacted is treated identically to using the unsubscribe link.
  • Unsubscribed addresses are added to a suppression list checked before every send, preventing future contact from any of our domains or campaigns.
  • You may also opt out at any time by emailing support@goodspace.ai.
  • We never charge, require an account, or request information beyond the email address in order to process an opt-out.

5. Message standards

Every message we send:

  • Identifies the individual sender by name and GoodSpace as the sending organisation.
  • Includes our registered business address.
  • Uses a subject line that accurately describes the content of the message.
  • Carries accurate header, routing, and originating address information.
  • Contains a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

We do not use false or misleading sender names, subject lines, header information, or open relays.

6. Third parties and affiliates

GoodSpace operates no affiliate programme, reseller programme, or partner-sending arrangement. No third party is authorised to send email advertising GoodSpace, our services, or our domains.

All email originates from mailboxes we own, on domains we own, operated through sending infrastructure under our direct control. Any message advertising our domains that did not originate from our infrastructure is unauthorised, and we will act to stop it on becoming aware.

7. Sending practice

To protect recipients and the integrity of our sending domains:

  • Per-mailbox daily sending volume is capped at a rate consistent with established deliverability standards.
  • Bounce rates are monitored daily. Campaigns exceeding our thresholds are paused and the underlying list reviewed before resuming.
  • Addresses that hard-bounce are suppressed immediately and permanently.
  • All sending domains publish valid SPF and DKIM records, and enforce DMARC.

8. Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited on our infrastructure and by anyone acting on our behalf:

  • Sending to any address that has opted out, complained, or appears on a suppression list.
  • Sending to addresses obtained by scraping, harvesting, or address generation.
  • Purchasing, selling, renting, or sharing email lists.
  • Falsifying sender identity, headers, or routing information.
  • Using our domains or infrastructure to advertise any third-party website or service.
  • Sending content that is unlawful, deceptive, or misrepresents GoodSpace or its services.

9. Reporting abuse

If you received a message from us that you believe breaches this policy, contact support@goodspace.ai.

  • We investigate every report received.
  • We respond within two business days.
  • The reported address is suppressed immediately, before the investigation concludes.
  • Where a report identifies a systemic fault, we correct it and document the correction.
  • We welcome reports from blocklist operators, mailbox providers, and abuse desks, and will act on evidence provided.

10. Compliance

We operate in line with applicable electronic communications law in the jurisdictions we contact, including the CAN-SPAM Act (United States), GDPR and PECR (European Union and United Kingdom), and equivalent regulations in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, India, and Vietnam.

11. Enforcement and updates

Breaches of this policy by employees result in immediate suspension of sending access pending review. We review this policy at least annually and after any material change to our sending practice. The current version is always published at this address.
