Q. What happens when I connect GoodSpace to my phone's contact list?
A. When you connect GoodSpace account with your phone’s contact list, you will be able to see all of them and choose contacts to give feedback. It is securely stored on our servers.
Q. What happens when I give permissions for the GoodSpace app to access my address book?
A. When you give permission for the GoodSpace app to access your address book, your contacts will appear on the GoodSpace app. This will allow you to view their GoodSpace profile and leave or receive Feedback from them on the app. Your information is stored securely on our servers.
Registration
Q. How do I register on GoodSpace?
A. Just install the GoodSpace app or log on to www.goodspace.ai and click on Sign up. Fill in your basic details and activate your registration by providing the OTP you receive on your number.
Q. Do I need to pay to register on GoodSpace?
A. Please contact GoodSpace Enquiries email at info@goodspace.ai if you are having trouble logging into your account. Make sure to include further details regarding any errors i.e. screenshots, browser used, app/website
Profile
Q. How can I edit/update my profile?
A. To Edit/Update your Profile, first login to your account using your verified mobile number and OTP. Then go to the 'My Profile' section and there you can easily edit your profile by clicking on the 'Edit' link against each Parameter.
Q. I have just completed one more course. How can I add it?
A. You can add your educational qualification, just go in the education detail section, click on the plus tab- now select the your institute, Degree/Certificate, Field of Study, Start and End Year of the course and press the save button, to save the changes to your profile
Q. Can I enter multiple jobs in the experience section?
A. Yes, you can enter multiple jobs by clicking on My Profile -> Work Experience Details; add all your previous Job(s) details to get better matched jobs.
Q.How do I enter my Job Title and Industry?
A. In the profile section, select the edit button on top left corner; 1) In the Second window for 'Job Title', write your job title or select from the drop down menu. 2) After this, select the industry 3) Some industries are already added, you only need to write first the three words and choose from the drop down list. Feel free to write your own if any of those are not appropriate for the industries or job titles you want to choose.

Q. How do I search for job offers on the GoodSpace app?
A. You can search for the available job offers on the GoodSpace app by heading to the jobs section on the application. You can filter your search in this section according to the role that you’re looking for - freelance, full-time, part-time, etc - or according to the compensation package on offer or the skills.
Q. There are a lot of results to my job search. Can I filter the results?
Yes, you can filter the job results. Click on the filter icon, here can filter results by Skills, Compensation Range, Work Experience, Job Title and Location.
Q. Do I need to register to apply for a job?
A. Yes, you need to register to be able to apply for a job on GoodSpace.
Q. How can I apply for a job on GoodSpace?
A. Once you find a job you would like to apply for, click the “APPLY Now” on that job and a new window will pop up to confirm your details. Fill in your preferences accordingly and click on apply.
Q. Can I apply for multiple job offers at the same time on the GoodSpace app?
A. You can apply for a maximum of three job offers at the same time on the GoodSpace app. Once you have applied for a job offer and the recruiter has confirmed that they’ve made you an offer, you have to accept or reject the offer within 60 minutes of the offer being made.
Q. Can I apply again for the same job posting on GoodSpace?
A. No, if you have already applied to a job posting, you cannot apply for the posting again.
Q. Are GoodSpace jobs being advertised for any other nations, other than India?
A. Yes. GoodSpace currently operates as a globalThis recruitment platform, providing work opportunities from across the world.

Q. How do I post a job requirement on the GoodSpace app?
A. You can create a job on the GoodSpace app by clicking on the create job button and filling out the required details. You can create an offer for full-time, part-time, freelance, service provider and specify the skills required for the job, the compensation package on offer and the preferred location.
Q. How do I see who has applied for a job offer I created on the GoodSpace app?
A. You can see who all have applied for the job opportunity created by you by viewing your in-app notifications and messages.

Q. Why will anyone contribute by giving feedback on other people?
A. A Harvard Professor best answered this question with a counter-question. Why did hundreds of thousands of people contribute to Wikipedia? And why do people share feedback on Google, TripAdvisor, Amazon, Airbnb, and even Uber? Human beings have reached a stage of evolution where they want to help others and are often ready to share their knowledge freely. This is the motivation of people who contribute to Wikipedia. It is also the motivation to a lesser extent for good reviews of Hotels which one is never going to visit again or even uber drivers which one is not going to meet ever again. It is an inbuilt human instinct to contribute and share. Further, our research with broad and diverse groups of young people all over the country has shown that they are not only happy but eager to share feedback as a means of self-expression.
Q. Is this not being Judgmental? How can we judge people?
A. We are neither asking anyone to Judge people or be judgmental. Members are merely giving feedback based on their perception of goodness they have observed in people they know on seven universal values. Goodness scores do not represent how a person is but only the understanding of their behaviour in the community's minds. This can be used as a powerful tool for self-development and growth.A teacher in a school does not judge a student when he evaluates his test paper – he is not even judging the student's knowledge of the subject – he is merely assessing the student’s ability to answer a set of questions on the topic within a specified time on a specific date. Similarly, we do not expect a member's feedback to be either absolute or accurate; it’s merely directional in nature. We will combine this with input received from other members and sources. This is then further processed by our AI-driven algorithm to compute a goodness score. There are inbuilt checks and balances in the system to eliminate bias, inconsistency, and other deviations. Feedback of an individual member can neither make nor mar the goodness score.
Q. Whom can I give feedback on GoodSpace?
A. You can give feedback to only the people you know. Currently, you can give feedback only from the contact list on your phone.
Q. How do I give Feedback on the GoodSpace app?
A. You can leave Feedback for people in your phone’s address book by selecting the contact you wish to leave Feedback for. This will take you to the Feedback screen, where you can leave Feedback for the individual across GoodSpace’s seven values.
Q. Can I come to know who has reviewed their experiences with me?
A. You can easily know who has reviewed you by seeing the notifications on the app.
Q. Can I come to know what feedback has a GoodSpace user given?
A. You can easily know who has reviewed you by seeing the notifications on the app. But you can never know what feedback that user has given. This is kept confidential to encourage honest feedback. Moreover, to keep the ratings confidential for all the users, the scores are updated only when a set of users have reviewed so that individual reviews cannot be ascertained.

A. You will have to get the number and store the person on your contact book and then give feedback to the person.

A. You can view the people from whom you have received Feedback by looking at your in-app notifications

A. You cannot see the detailed Feedback left on your profile by a user. Q. What are GCoins?
A. It is an in-app currency that you earn upon completing certain milestones on GoodSpace.
Q. How can we earn GCoins?
A. You can earn GCoins by giving feedback to good people, completing profile sections, successful sign ups on invites etc.

Q. What is Plus?
A. Plus is a premium plan that enhances your existing GoodSpace experience, adding more features to help you do more with it.
Q. Do I need to purchase a Premium plan to use GoodSpace?
A. No! Premium plan is not mandatory in order to use GoodSpace. The platform works on a freemium plan basis where you can access standard features free of cost, and you need to pay for additional services.
Q. Which features are included in GoodSpace Plus?
A. GoodSpace Premium gives you access to all jobs on the platform, show your profile on the top in search, badge on your profile, and much more. Click here to learn about the features included in the Plus Plan.
Q. How much does Plus Plan cost?
A. We only offer an annual subscription for the Plus Plan that costs you Rs. 1200. By paying this amount, one can avail annual membership and use the Plus features.
Q. How can I upgrade to Plus Plan?
A. If you are a Standard Plan user, you can upgrade your account by purchasing Plus Plan via our secure payment gateway and unlock more features and services.
Q. What happens if I cancel my Plus Plan subscription?
A. After the expiration date, your account will then downgrade to a Standard Plan, which will still provide you access to your account and general services but will no longer allow you to use the Plus features.
