Goodspace Autopilot: an AI agent to apply for jobs, with your approval

Apply to jobs while you work

Autopilot finds the roles, tailors your resume to each one and reaches the person hiring. You just approve.

How it works.

Five steps. You do the first one once and the last one when asked.

  1. 1

Tell it what you are after

Roles, cities, the salary floor, how many a day. Two minutes, once. Autopilot searches against that, not against a keyword you typed last week.

  2. 2

    It finds the roles

Goodspace jobs and company career sites, ranked against your resume and your settings, with the reason each one matched shown next to it.

  3. 3

    It prepares the application

Tracks the job, scans your resume against the description, tailors the resume and writes the cover letter for that role.

  4. 4

It finds the person to write to

The hiring manager or recruiter behind the posting, and a first email to them, drafted in your voice and shown to you before anything is sent.

  5. 5

    You approve, it sends

From your own Gmail, so replies come to you. Nothing leaves your mailbox that you have not read first.

The rule it does not break.

What it does alone, and what it never does alone

This is the product's rule, not a setting. Anything that spends a credit, reaches a person or cannot be undone waits for you, whatever your autonomy is set to.

Who Autopilot is for

Anyone whose job search is losing to the rest of their week.

You have a job and no evenings

A search needs an hour a day that a full-time role does not leave. Autopilot runs during your working day and asks for a few minutes of approvals when you are free.

You are applying a lot and hearing little

One resume sent to fifty postings reads as exactly that. Every application here gets its own scan, its own tailored resume and a named person to write to.

You are switching role or industry

The gap between your resume and the description is the whole problem. The ATS scan shows it per role, and the tailoring closes what can honestly be closed.

You are early in your career

Knowing who to email and what to say is learned by doing it badly a few times. Autopilot drafts the first message, and you read every one before it goes.

Autopilot is not a bulk auto-apply bot

Sending one resume to hundreds of postings is fast and easy to ignore. Autopilot does fewer applications, properly.

What gets sent

Bulk: The same resume to every posting

Autopilot: A resume and cover letter tailored to each role

Who it reaches

Bulk: The application form

Autopilot: The form, and a named recruiter or hiring manager

What you see first

Bulk: A count of applications sent

Autopilot: Every draft, in full, before anything leaves

Where replies go

Bulk: Wherever the tool sent it from

Autopilot: Your own Gmail, because it was sent from there

Who decides to send

Bulk: The tool

Autopilot: You, on every message

Ask for an outcome, not an answer

Autopilot is a conversation with Lumi, the Goodspace agent. Say what you want to happen, in a sentence. Tap one to try it.

What is an AI job application agent?

An AI job application agent is software that carries out the steps of applying for a job, rather than advising you on them. A chatbot tells you how to tailor a resume. An agent tailors it, scans it against the description, writes the cover letter and lines up the person to send it to, then shows you the result.

The difference that matters is where it stops. An agent that sends on your behalf without showing you is a risk to your name with every recruiter it reaches. Autopilot runs the preparation unattended and holds at three points: spending a credit, unlocking a contact, and sending a message. Those wait for you, at every setting.

It also differs from auto-apply tools that fill in forms in bulk. Volume is not the constraint in most searches, relevance is. A tailored application to a role that fits, sent to a named person, does more than a hundred identical ones, which is why Autopilot works to a daily cap you set instead of a target count.

Yes. Goodspace Autopilot is an AI agent that does the work of applying rather than advising on it. It finds roles that match your titles, cities and salary, applies directly to the ones posted on Goodspace, and for roles on company career sites it scans your resume against the description, tailors the resume, writes the cover letter, finds the recruiter or hiring manager and drafts the email to them. Anything that spends a credit or reaches a person waits for your approval. It is coming soon: first to Goodspace Gold members in early access, then to every member in the beta.
