How do I switch between job seeker and hirer?
Open the profile menu and select Hire Talent. The same account switches to the hiring side, and you can switch back to job seeking the same way.
Switch to hiring
- Open the profile menu
Select your photo at the bottom of the side menu.
- Select Hire Talent
The account switches to the hiring side.
- Finish hirer setup the first time
A brand new hirer is asked for company details before the hiring dashboard opens.
This is asked once. Later switches go straight to the dashboard.
If something goes wrong
Switching bounces me straight back to the job seeker dashboard
WhyThe switch did not take on the first try.
FixTry Hire Talent once more. The app retries the switch itself, so a second attempt usually sticks.
