Getting Started
Lumi is the AI career assistant inside GoodSpace. You can ask it about jobs, your resume, applications and interviews, and it answers in the context of your own GoodSpace profile and activity.
Where do I find Lumi, and why is the bubble missing?Lumi is the bubble at the bottom right of most signed in pages, and it has its own page at /lumi. It is hidden on focused screens such as an interview, onboarding and some tool workspaces.
Do I need an account to use Lumi?You can open Lumi and type a question signed out. Pressing send opens the sign in flow, and once you are in, the message you typed is sent automatically so you do not lose it.
Using Lumi
Use my profile lets Lumi answer using your resume, profile and applications. Search jobs asks Lumi to look for GoodSpace jobs for that message. Use my profile is a paid capability on Gold.
How do I find, rename or delete an old Lumi chat?Open the clock button at the bottom right of Lumi to see your chats, grouped by day. Select one to reopen it, rename the open chat from its title, and delete a chat from its row in the list.
Limits And Gold
On the free plan Lumi answers 8 requests an hour, and the meter above the chat shows how many are left. The cap resets every hour. Gold removes the hourly cap.
Nova Lite and Nova Pro: which Lumi model am I on?Free members run on Nova Lite, which is fast and keeps answers short. Gold members run on Nova Pro, which reads your full resume, applications and job descriptions and remembers your search between sessions.
This chat has reached its length limitEvery Lumi chat has a length limit. When it is reached the message box is replaced with a notice and a Continue in a new chat button. The old chat stays readable in your history.
Problems
Select Try again on the error. A connection error means Lumi could not be reached at all, a timeout means the answer took too long, and a failure means something broke while writing the answer.
Lumi gave me a wrong or unhelpful answerLumi can make mistakes, which is why the chat says so below the message box. Ask again with more detail, check any job, salary or company fact yourself, and remember Lumi only knows what is on your GoodSpace profile.
What can Lumi see, and are my chats private?Lumi answers using your GoodSpace profile, resume and activity, and your conversations are saved to your account so they are there when you return. Other members and hirers do not see your chats.
