Lumi can make mistakes, which is why the chat says so below the message box. Ask again with more detail, check any job, salary or company fact yourself, and remember Lumi only knows what is on your GoodSpace profile.
Get a better answer
- Give it the facts
Paste the job description, or say the role, the city, your years of experience and the salary you want.
- Ask one thing at a time
A question with five parts gets a shallow answer to all five.
- Tell it what was wrong
Replying with "that is not right, I am a fresher" usually fixes it in one turn.
- Update your profile
Lumi reads your profile. An old resume is the most common reason the advice does not fit.
- Try a new chat
A long chat that has drifted off topic is often better restarted.
Always check these yourself
- Salary, location and notice period on a job
- The company name and whether the role is still open
- Anything about money, fees or payments
- Dates, numbers and company names in a resume Lumi helped you write

Can I report a bad answer?
There is no report button in the chat. Tell support what you asked and what came back, and it goes to the team.
