What can Lumi see, and are my chats private?
Lumi answers using your GoodSpace profile, resume and activity, and your conversations are saved to your account so they are there when you return. Other members and hirers do not see your chats.
What Lumi uses to answer
- Your GoodSpace profile and your parsed resume
- Your applications and activity on GoodSpace
- The message you send, and the job you asked about
Where your chats live
- Stored
- On your GoodSpace account, so the thread is there when you come back
- Visible to
- You, when you are signed in to your account
- Delete
- Remove a chat from the history rail. It cannot be recovered
- Handled under
- The privacy policy
If you want a chat gone
- Open the history rail
Select the clock button at the bottom right of Lumi.
- Remove the chat
Select the remove icon on the row and confirm.
