Where do I find my AI interview link?
The link is sent to you by email and WhatsApp, and arrives as an Interview Call notification. If you were shortlisted the moment you applied, the same link is shown on the application screen as Start Interview Now.
The places the link can reach you
- The Start Interview Now button on the screen you see right after you are shortlisted on a job.
- The Complete your interview later screen, which shows the full link with a Copy Link button.
- Email, sent to the address on your GoodSpace account.
- WhatsApp, sent to the number on your account.
- A push notification titled Interview Call.
If you cannot find it
- Search your email
Search for the company name or the job title, and check Promotions and Spam.
- Check WhatsApp
Look for a message with the job title and the interview link.
It goes to the number saved on your GoodSpace account.
- Check your notifications
Open Notifications and look for Interview Call.
- Try applying to another job
If you have interviews waiting, GoodSpace lists them with a Start Interview button before it lets the new application through.
If something goes wrong
You were shortlisted but no link is anywhere
WhyNot every hirer runs an AI interview round. Many read your profile and contact you directly.
FixOpen the application from your job tracker and read the timeline. If there is no interview step, there is nothing for you to take.
The link opens a page that says the link is no longer available
WhyThe link has expired, or it belongs to a different account.

Is there a Start Interview button inside the website?
There is one on the screen that appears right after you are shortlisted, and one in the list GoodSpace shows when you have interviews pending. Otherwise use the link that was sent to you.
Can I take the interview later?
Yes, within the window the hirer set. The Complete your interview later screen says to finish it within the next 24 hours, so treat it as urgent.
