The AI interviewer is not responding, what do I do?
Wait a few seconds first, since the thinking dots mean a reply is coming. If it stays silent, press Having trouble at the top of the screen. That nudges the interviewer and lets you report the problem without ending the interview.
When it goes quiet
- Look for the thinking dots
Three dots and the word thinking mean a reply is on the way. Give it a few seconds.
- Say something
A short line such as asking whether she can hear you often restarts the turn.
- Press Having trouble?
The button sits at the top of the interview screen.
It nudges the interviewer and opens the help panel. The interview keeps running while the panel is open.
- Pick the closest match
The panel asks What is going wrong? Choose from options such as Bot Not Responding, Poor Audio Quality, Connection/WiFi Issues or Other Technical Issue.
- Try the steps
Each option lists fixes, then asks whether it worked with That fixed it or Still not working.
If something goes wrong

FixClose downloads and streaming, and keep answers to about 30 to 60 seconds.
A question feels unrelated to the job
WhyIt can happen on an open ended round.
FixAnswer briefly, note when it happened, and report it after the interview finishes.

Will reporting a problem end my interview?
No. The panel says it plainly: your interview keeps running while it is open and nothing there ends it.
Should I refresh the page?
Only as a last resort. Refreshing counts as a disconnect, and you have a short window to get back in.
