It is a short spoken interview with an AI interviewer named Maya, for one specific job you applied to. It runs in your browser or in the GoodSpace app, takes about 15 minutes, and the report goes to the hiring team.
Some hirers on GoodSpace screen candidates with an AI interview instead of a first phone round. Instead of waiting for a recruiter to call you, you take the interview whenever you are ready, and the hiring team reads the result.

Maya closes the conversation when she has what she needs, and you are taken back to your dashboard.
