Can I pause, restart or retake the interview?
There is no pause button. An interrupted interview can be continued from where you stopped. You can only start over if you have not answered anything yet, and once an interview is submitted that link cannot be used again.
What is possible

Continue an interview you started
- Open the same link
Use the original interview link, not a new one.
- Sign in to the same account
The link is tied to the account you applied with.
- Turn both devices on
Camera and microphone must be on before the button works.
- Press Continue interview
The conversation picks up where you left off.

Not from the same link. If it matters a lot, apply your effort to the next role and practise first with the AI Mock Interview.
Can the hirer give me another chance?
That is the hirer's decision. GoodSpace does not reopen a submitted interview on request.
