Why must I finish pending interviews before applying?
If you leave many interviews unfinished, GoodSpace pauses new applications and shows the waiting interviews with a Start Interview button. Clear them and applying works again.
Hirers who ask for an AI interview are waiting on you. When a pile of interviews sits unfinished, GoodSpace stops new applications until you clear some, so recruiters are not left holding empty slots.
Clear the block
- Read the list
The screen says Please complete your pending interviews first to move forward and lists the waiting jobs.
- Pick one
Press Start Interview on a job you still want.
- Finish it properly
Set aside about half an hour and complete the interview in one go.
- Apply again
Once enough are cleared, applying works as usual.
