Goodness Score

The Goodness Score is a score out of 10 built from a short self assessment and, later, private feedback from people you have worked with. It shows employers how you work, not just what is on your resume.

It measures eight values: Reliability, Integrity, Honesty, Teamwork, Truthfulness, Helpfulness, Friendliness and Kindness. Your three strongest are shown as your top values.

Your score shows on your profile, on your dashboard card and on your Goodness progress page. The Goodness Score button in the top bar takes you straight there.

Once you have a score, visitors to your profile see the number, your top three values and the initials and relationships of peers who rated you. Individual ratings, names and your working notes stay private.

Open the assessment, tap Begin, and answer the three sections. It takes about 10 minutes and saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.

There are three sections: 35 rated statements, 6 tradeoff sets, and 2 short written answers. The intro screen says about 10 minutes and each section saves as you finish it.

Yes. Every section saves when you press Continue, so you can close the page and come back. The Begin button then reads Continue from last step and drops you where you stopped.

Your certificate is valid for one year. Until that year is up, opening the assessment shows your existing score instead of starting a new attempt. After a year you can take it again.

The Goodness Code is a personal pledge to the eight values. You must scroll through the whole page before the agree box turns on, then you sign it and record a short video pledge.

Allow the camera and microphone, read the short script on screen, then tap Save and continue. You can re record as many times as you like, but only the saved take is kept.

The page tells you the exact reason. Allow the camera in the address bar and tap Retry, close any other app using the camera, or use the upload option instead.

Once your pledge is saved, your Personality Value Assessment certificate is issued with a certificate ID. You can download it as a PDF, copy its link and share it.

A certificate is only issued once the step before it is done. The message tells you which one: finish every assessment section, record your pledge, or collect more peer ratings.

You send a personal link to people you have worked with. Each rates you on eight short statements. You see the combined result, never who said what, and their ratings update your score.

On your progress page, sync contacts, tap Request Feedback on a person, pick how you worked together, then share on WhatsApp or copy the link. Sharing is what records the request.

The link is sent by you, not automatically, so the most common cause is that the share was cancelled. Reopen the contact, pick the relationship and send the link again.

When enough peers have rated you, the Community step button becomes Claim Certificate. After you claim it, the team verifies your feedback, then it appears on your progress page.

Feedback that does not meet the Goodness feedback guidelines is not counted towards your score. You can ask those contacts again, and a genuine submission counts normally.

Open the link they sent, verify your mobile number, then rate eight short statements on a 1 to 5 scale. They see combined scores, never your individual ratings or your name.

Use the LinkedIn button on your certificate. The post text is filled in and copied to your clipboard, and sharing the self certificate unlocks a 7 day free Gold claim.

Go to goodspace.ai/verify, enter the certificate ID such as GS-2026-0042, and the page shows the certificate with who it was awarded to, when it was issued and until when it is valid.

The score only moves when new peer feedback arrives. Tap Update peer ratings on your progress page to pull in the latest, and check that your requests actually show as Received.
