How do I take the Goodness Score assessment?
Open the assessment, tap Begin, and answer the three sections. It takes about 10 minutes and saves as you go, so you can stop and come back.
Take the assessment
- Open the assessment
Go to the assessment page. The header says Self-feedback and about 10 minutes.
- Tap Begin
If you are logged out, a login window opens first. Verify your mobile number with the OTP.
New accounts are asked to upload a resume once, so your profile exists. This is free.
- Answer the statements
Rate 35 short statements from 1 to 5, five at a time. 1 is not true of me, 5 is very true of me.
- Pick your tradeoffs
Six sets of three statements, mark one Most Like Me and one Least Like Me in each.
- Write two short stories
Two prompts about real moments at work. Each needs at least 20 characters and takes up to 500.
- Continue
Your score is worked out at this point. You are then taken to the pledge steps.
If something goes wrong
"Please log in to start your assessment."
WhyYour session ended before the assessment could start.
FixLog in again and tap Begin.
"Couldn't save your answers. Check your connection and try again."
WhyThe page could not save that section.
FixStay on the page, check your connection and press Continue again.
"Setting up your profile is taking too long. Please try uploading again."
WhyYour resume took too long to process.
FixUpload it again, or set up your profile manually and then return.
