What is the Goodness Code and do I have to sign it?
The Goodness Code is a personal pledge to the eight values. You must scroll through the whole page before the agree box turns on, then you sign it and record a short video pledge.
The page lists the eight values, three specific behaviours under each, and the member pledge itself. It is a personal pledge, not an employment contract.
Signing it
- Read to the end
Scroll through all eight values. The agree box only turns on once you reach the bottom.
- Tick the box
It reads: I have read and agree to the Goodness Code.
