How long is the assessment and what is in it?
There are three sections: 35 rated statements, 6 tradeoff sets, and 2 short written answers. The intro screen says about 10 minutes and each section saves as you finish it.

Limits that apply

- 1 is not true of me, 5 is very true of me

- Both a most and a least pick are needed in every set

- About 10 minutes if you do it in one sitting
The two written prompts ask about the last 12 months: one moment when you fell short on a value, and one when you upheld a value at personal cost. Specific stories carry more weight than general statements.

Can I skip a section?
No. Each section has to be complete before Continue moves you on.
Is there a timer?
No. Take as long as you need.
What if I cannot think of a story?
Take your time. The minimum is only 20 characters, but a specific answer is worth more than a vague one.
