What is the Goodness Score?
The Goodness Score is a score out of 10 built from a short self assessment and, later, private feedback from people you have worked with. It shows employers how you work, not just what is on your resume.
You start with a self assessment. Once it is scored you get a score out of 10 and your top three values. When people you have worked with send in feedback, your score is updated to take their ratings into account.

How to get one
- Take the assessment
Open the assessment and tap Begin.
- Sign the Goodness Code
Read it, tick the box, then record a short video pledge.
- Get your certificate
Your Personality Value Assessment certificate is issued with a verification ID.
- Add peer feedback
Ask people you have worked with to rate you, which makes the score verified.

No. The assessment, the pledge, the score and the certificates are free.
Can I take it in the GoodSpace app?
The full journey is on the web. The app is used to sync contacts so you can request feedback.
Does a low score hurt my applications?
The score is only published if you choose to. Some jobs ask you to complete the assessment before you apply.
