Goodness Score basics
Which values does the Goodness Score measure?
It measures eight values: Reliability, Integrity, Honesty, Teamwork, Truthfulness, Helpfulness, Friendliness and Kindness. Your three strongest are shown as your top values.
The eight values
| Value | What it is about |
|---|---|
| Reliability | You do what you commit to, within the time you commit to |
| Integrity | You act the same way whether or not you are being observed |
| Honesty | You do not misrepresent your effort, capability or results |
| Teamwork | You work in line with your team's goals, not against them |
| Truthfulness | You speak in line with reality, even when it is inconvenient |
| Helpfulness | You help beyond the strict boundary of your role |
| Friendliness | You treat people with warmth and basic professional respect |
| Kindness | You treat the people you work with as people |
Wording follows the Goodness Code shown in the pledge step.
