How does peer feedback work?
You send a personal link to people you have worked with. Each rates you on eight short statements. You see the combined result, never who said what, and their ratings update your score.
How it works
- What a peer answers
- Eight statements, one per value, on two pages of four
- Scale they use
- 1 is always true, 5 is not true, plus an N/A option
- What you see
- Combined scores, their initials and relationship, never individual ratings
- What they need
- To open your link and verify their mobile number once
- Time it takes them
- About two minutes
Before they start, peers are told that you see aggregate scores rather than their individual ratings, and that their name is not attached to what they submit.
What happens after they submit
- They see a thank you page
Their review is recorded against your current attempt.
- Your counter moves
That contact flips from Pending to Received on your Network list.
- Your score updates
The line under your score changes to name how many peers have verified it.
Related questions
Can a peer rate me twice?
No. A returning peer is taken straight to the completion page.
Can I rate myself?
No. Your own link cannot be used to rate yourself.
What if a peer has not worked with me on something?
They can mark N/A on that statement and it is left out of the scoring.
