Why can't I get my certificate yet?
A certificate is only issued once the step before it is done. The message tells you which one: finish every assessment section, record your pledge, or collect more peer ratings.
Match the message

FixOpen the pledge step, record a take and press Save & continue.
"Please finish your assessment to get your certificate."
WhyOne of the assessment sections is incomplete.
FixReopen the assessment and finish every section.
"Certificate isn't ready yet, you need more peer ratings."
WhyThis is the community certificate, which needs enough peers to have rated you.
FixKeep requesting feedback from your progress page.
The Preamble step says Record Pledge instead of My top values
WhyThe pledge is the last thing standing between you and the certificate.
FixTap Record Pledge on that step.
Unlock it
- Check the stepper
Open your progress page and look for the step that is not green.
- Finish that step
Tap its button, it takes you to exactly what is missing.
- Return
The certificate becomes available as soon as that step is complete.
