How do I claim the Verified Goodness Certificate?
When enough peers have rated you, the Community step button becomes Claim Certificate. After you claim it, the team verifies your feedback, then it appears on your progress page.
From enough ratings to a certificate
- Collect the ratings
The Community circle counts feedback received. The hint says how many more you need.
- Claim it
The button becomes Claim Certificate. Tap it and confirm in the window that opens.
- Wait for the review
You see: Certificate requested, it's now under review. The button then reads Requested.
- View it
Once approved, the button becomes View Certificate and a copy is also emailed to you.
What the button tells you

"Couldn't request your certificate. Please try again."

FixCheck your connection and tap Claim Certificate again.
"Certificate isn't ready yet, you need more peer ratings."
WhyNot enough peers have submitted yet.
FixSend more requests from the Community step.
It has said Requested for a while
WhyIt is still under review.
FixThe window says verification usually takes a short while. Leave it with the team.
Related questions
Can the review be declined?
Yes. Feedback that does not meet the guidelines is not counted, which can hold up a claim.
Will it be emailed to me?
The claim window says a copy is emailed once it is approved.
Is the Gold Community Certificate the same thing?
Yes. The perks window on your progress page calls it the Gold Community Certificate. It is this certificate, and it has nothing to do with a Gold plan.
Can I share it?
Yes, the same way as your self certificate, with a verification link anyone can check.
