Why is my Goodness Score not updating?
The score only moves when new peer feedback arrives. Tap Update peer ratings on your progress page to pull in the latest, and check that your requests actually show as Received.
Force a refresh
- Open your progress page
Go to your Goodness progress page.
- Tap Update peer ratings
The button sits under your score. It recalculates from the latest ratings.
It only appears once at least one peer has rated you.
- Check the message
You should see: Your Goodness Score is up to date.
If something goes wrong
"Couldn't update from peer ratings."
WhyThe recalculation failed.
FixCheck your connection, reload the page and tap it again.
Everyone still shows Pending
WhyNobody has submitted yet, so there is nothing new to count.
FixUse Request Again to nudge them.
The line under the score still says based on your self-assessment
WhyNo peer feedback has been counted yet.
FixSend more requests and check the Received tab.
Some feedback arrived but the score barely moved
WhyRatings are weighted, so one more rating may only nudge the number.
FixMore genuine ratings from different relationships make a bigger difference.
A notice says some reviews were adjusted
WhyFeedback that did not meet the guidelines is not counted.

Usually straight away. Update peer ratings forces a recount if it has not.
Can my score go down?
Yes. It reflects the ratings that have been counted, which can move either way.
