Accelerate

Accelerate is an eligibility only career programme. You earn a place by finishing the Goodness journey, then a career manager runs your job search with you. It is not something you can simply buy.

Anyone with a GoodSpace job seeker account can start. To request entry you must be logged in, have a finished profile, and have sent feedback requests to at least the number of people the Community step asks for.

The journey has four steps: Self Assessment, Preamble, Community and Guarantee. Your progress bar on the Goodness progress page shows which one you are on and what is left.

Finish your Goodness Score, record the pledge, then send feedback requests from the Community step until you reach the number shown. The Guarantee step then unlocks and Get Accelerate becomes clickable.

The Guarantee step shows a padlock until you have sent the number of feedback requests the Community step asks for. Sending more requests, not waiting for replies, is what unlocks it.

The button checks where you are and sends you to the next missing step: login, resume upload, the assessment, your progress page, or the Accelerate questions. It never charges you without showing the terms first.

The four questions tell the team what you want from Accelerate before they call you. Nothing is sent until you pick Enrol now or Request a callback on the next screen.

The enrolment window lists what the programme includes: limited invite only seats, a career guarantee, a minimum hike target and a career manager who runs your search with you.

There is a one time enrolment fee plus 18% GST, shown on the enrolment window and again on the pay button. On top of that a 5% success fee applies when you are placed.

Enrol now files your request and takes you to payment. Request a callback files the same request with no charge, and the team calls you. Either way you only file one request.

A Request received window confirms it, and the Accelerate button turns gold and reads Requested entry into Accelerate. The team reviews your profile and reaches out to you.

If the payment sheet closes or fails you will see Payment was not completed. You can try again. Your request is already with the team, so retrying does not create a second application.

Selected members get a private invitation page headed You have been selected. It must open on goodspace.ai, it lists what you get and the fee, and payment runs through Razorpay.
