Your referral link, rewards, tracking and missing referrals.
How it works
You activate a referral link on a job, share it, and earn a reward when the person who applied through your link is hired. Every job shows its estimated earning before you refer.
Do I need Gold to use Refer and Earn?No. Refer and Earn is open to every signed in GoodSpace member. Activating a referral link does not check your plan and does not charge you anything.
What does my friend have to do for it to count?They must open your link, then apply to that job on GoodSpace, and finally be hired for it. If they had already applied to that job before clicking your link, it does not count for you.
How is my referral earning decided?Each job carries an estimated earning worked out from its salary range, shown as Earn up to an amount by referring. What you actually get depends on the salary the candidate is finally offered.
Referring a job
Open a job with the Refer & Earn tag and tap Activate referral. Your own link for that job appears with Copy Link and share buttons next to it.
How do I share my referral link?The referral card has WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email buttons, plus Copy Link. Copying and pasting into a chat works just as well as the share buttons.
Why can't I activate a referral on this job?Referrals only work on jobs that support them, which carry a Refer & Earn tag. On any other job, activation is refused even though you are signed in.
Tracking and rewards
Open your Refer and Earn dashboard. The My referrals tab lists every job you have a link for, the stats row shows totals, and each job opens the list of people who came through it.
What do the referral statuses mean?Each person who used your link carries a status showing how far they have got. Only Hired and Paid mean money for you, the rest are progress along the way.
Where is my referral money and how do I withdraw it?Rewards are credited to the Wallet tab of your Refer and Earn dashboard, where you see your balance and every transaction. Tapping Request Withdrawal currently tells you withdrawals are coming soon.
Why is my referral not showing?Usually the person opened the link but never applied, applied to a different job, or had already applied before using your link. Check the candidate list on that job first.
Rules and limits
No. A click or an application on your own link is ignored, so you cannot earn from yourself. Referrals only count when a different person applies and is hired.
There are no jobs I can referThe recommended list only shows jobs that support referrals. If it is empty, none are available to you right now, and the screen asks you to check back later.
