How it works
What does my friend have to do for it to count?
They must open your link, then apply to that job on GoodSpace, and finally be hired for it. If they had already applied to that job before clicking your link, it does not count for you.
What has to happen
- They open your link
That click is recorded against your referral for that job.
- They sign in or sign up
New members show as Joined, people already on GoodSpace show as Existing Member.
- They apply to that job
Applying through the job is what moves them to Applied.
- They are hired
Once the hire is recorded, your reward is worked out and credited.
When a referral does not count
- You clicked your own link or applied through it yourself
- They had already applied to that job before they opened your link
- They apply to a different job than the one your link was for
- They opened someone else's link for the same job after yours and had not applied yet

How long does my link stay linked to them?
A visit is remembered on their browser for about 30 days if they do not sign in straight away.
Do they need a new account?
No. Existing members count too, as long as they had not already applied to that job.
Do I earn if they only sign up?
No. The reward is paid on a hire, not a sign up.
