Where do I track my referrals?
Open your Refer and Earn dashboard. The My referrals tab lists every job you have a link for, the stats row shows totals, and each job opens the list of people who came through it.
What the stats row counts
- Total Jobs Referred, how many jobs you have an active link for
- Joined Goodspace, people who created an account through your links
- Shortlisted, people who were shortlisted
- AI Interviewed, people who finished the AI interview
- Hired, people who were hired
- Paid, hires where your reward has been paid out
See who came through a link
- Open My referrals
It is the first tab on the dashboard.
- Pick a job
Tap a job under Referred jobs to open it.
- Read the candidate list
Each person shows a status chip and when they moved to it.
- Filter
Use the filters for Joined Goodspace, Shortlisted, AI Interviewed or Hired.
If something goes wrong
"No referred jobs yet."
WhyYou have not activated a referral link on any job.
FixThe same screen says to activate a referral from a job to get started.
"No candidates yet."
WhyNobody has used that link yet.
FixShare it with people who fit the role.

Yes, the candidate list shows the name and status of each person who came through your link.
How often does it update?
It refreshes when you open the page. Reload it if you are expecting a change.
