Can I refer myself or use a second account?
No. A click or an application on your own link is ignored, so you cannot earn from yourself. Referrals only count when a different person applies and is hired.
Rules that are applied automatically
- Opening or applying through your own link earns nothing
- Someone who had already applied to that job cannot be credited to you
- Credit locks to one referrer the moment the person applies
- A person can only be credited once per job
The rules in short

- A confirmed hire, never a click or a sign up
Referrals pay on a hire, not on a click or a sign up. A real person has to apply, go through the hiring process and be hired for anything to be credited.
