Where is my referral money and how do I withdraw it?
Rewards are credited to the Wallet tab of your Refer and Earn dashboard, where you see your balance and every transaction. Tapping Request Withdrawal currently tells you withdrawals are coming soon.
What the Wallet tab shows
- Your Balance, the total credited and not yet withdrawn
- Request Withdrawal, which appears once your balance is above zero
- Recents Transactions, each one marked Earning or Withdrawal
- Top Conversions, your best referrals with the job and the status
If something goes wrong
"No transactions yet."
WhyNo reward has been credited to your wallet yet.
FixA reward is only credited once a referral is hired and the payout is recorded.
A hire shows on my referrals but the wallet is empty
WhyThe hire is recorded but the reward has not been paid out yet.
FixWait for the status to reach Paid, which is when the wallet is credited.
I cannot see the withdrawal button
WhyIt only appears when your balance is above zero.
FixNothing to do, it appears on its own once you have earnings.

No. It is a separate money balance. See GCoins for that currency.
Will I be told when a reward is credited?
The credit shows as an Earning row in Recents Transactions with the job name.
