What is Refer and Earn?
You activate a referral link on a job, share it, and earn a reward when the person who applied through your link is hired. Every job shows its estimated earning before you refer.
Refer and Earn is about jobs, not sign ups. You pick a job on GoodSpace, get your own link for it, and send it to someone who would be a good fit. If they are hired through your link, the reward goes to your wallet.
The five stages

Invite people to apply for that job on GoodSpace.
- Referral joins
You are notified when they create their profile.
- Referral shortlisted
You are notified when they are shortlisted.
- AI interview completed
You are notified when they finish their AI interview.
- Referral hired
You earn the estimated earning shown for that job. There is no earning limit.

Do I need to know the person well?
