Why can't I activate a referral on this job?
Referrals only work on jobs that support them, which carry a Refer & Earn tag. On any other job, activation is refused even though you are signed in.
What a job needs before you can refer it
- A Refer & Earn tag on the job card or a referral card on the job
- An earning amount shown on that card
- The job still open for applications
- You signed in to GoodSpace
Work out which one it is
There is no referral card on the job at all
WhyThat job does not support referrals.
FixUse the recommended list on your dashboard, which only shows jobs you can refer.
"Failed to activate referral. Please try again."
WhyEither a temporary error or a job that does not support referrals.
FixTry once more. If it fails again, that job cannot be referred.
It keeps asking me to log in
WhyYour session has expired on this browser.
FixLog in again and tap Activate referral. See Account and login.
The job is closed
WhyClosed jobs no longer take applications.
FixPick a job that is still open.
