Why is my referral not showing?
Usually the person opened the link but never applied, applied to a different job, or had already applied before using your link. Check the candidate list on that job first.
Check it in order
- Open the job
In My referrals, tap the job you shared.
- Look at the candidate list
If it says No candidates yet, nobody has been tracked on that link.
- Ask them what they did
Confirm they opened your link and then applied to that same job.
- Reload
The dashboard refreshes when the page is opened again.
If something goes wrong
They applied but show as Joined only
WhyThey applied to a different job, or applied outside your link.
FixThe link is per job. They must apply to the job your link was for.
They had applied to that job before
WhyOnce someone has applied, the credit cannot be moved.
FixRefer them to a different job they have not applied to.
Someone else got the credit
WhyThey opened another person's link for the same job after yours, before applying.
FixBefore applying, the most recent link opened wins. Ask them to use your link right before they apply.
Nothing at all shows after they clicked
WhyThey may have opened the link in a private window, or cleared their browser data.
FixAsk them to open the link again in their normal browser and apply from there.
They are me on another account
WhySelf referrals are ignored on purpose.
