Tracking and rewards
What do the referral statuses mean?
Each person who used your link carries a status showing how far they have got. Only Hired and Paid mean money for you, the rest are progress along the way.
Every status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Clicked | Someone opened your link but has not signed in yet |
| Joined | They created a new GoodSpace account through your link |
| Existing Member | They were already on GoodSpace when they used your link |
| Applied | They applied to that job |
| Shortlisted | The hirer shortlisted them |
| Interviewed | They completed the AI interview |
| Rejected | They were not taken forward for this job |
| Hired | They got the job |
| Paid | Your reward for that hire has been paid |
What earns you money
- Earns
- Hired, then Paid when the reward is credited
- Does not earn
- Clicked, Joined, Existing Member, Applied, Shortlisted, Interviewed
- Ends that referral
- Rejected for that job only
- Where to see it
- The candidate list inside each referred job
On the dashboard, hires and paid rewards show in green, rejections in red, and everything in between in orange, so you can scan the list quickly.

Someone is stuck at Joined, what now?
They have an account but have not applied. Remind them to apply to that job.
Does Existing Member still earn?
Yes, as long as they had not already applied to that job before using your link.
How long does Hired take to become Paid?
No fixed time is stated. The reward is credited once the hire is confirmed.
