What happens when I tap Begin your journey?
The button checks where you are and sends you to the next missing step: login, resume upload, the assessment, your progress page, or the Accelerate questions. It never charges you without showing the terms first.
Where the button sends you

If you are new
- Log in
A login window opens. Enter your mobile number and the OTP.
- Upload your resume
If your profile is not set up yet, a resume window opens. This step is free.
- Start the assessment
You land on the Goodness Score assessment.
If something goes wrong
"Could not load your progress. Please try again."
WhyYour Goodness progress could not be fetched.
FixCheck your connection and tap the button again.
The button spins and nothing happens
WhyThe check is still running.
FixWait a moment. If it stays stuck, reload the page.
I am logged in but it keeps asking me to log in
WhyThe session on this browser expired.
FixLog in again, then reopen Accelerate. See Account and login.

Will this charge me?
Not at this point. The fee is only shown later, in the enrolment window, with a box you have to tick.
Why is it asking for my resume?
Your profile has to exist before your assessment can be scored. Nothing is charged for it.
