Applying to jobs

You need an account created with your mobile number, and a resume on your account that GoodSpace has read. Everything else is filled in for you at apply time.

Applying is free and there is no daily cap on how many jobs you can apply to. The only rule that pauses applying is having too many interviews still pending.

Enter your mobile number, then the four digit code sent to it. The job stays open behind the box and the application continues on its own once you are in.

Your first application needs a resume GoodSpace can read. Upload a PDF, DOC or DOCX under 5 MB, or choose Onboard manually if you have no file to hand.

Open a job, press Quick Apply at the bottom, pick the resume to send, answer any screening questions, and the result appears on screen straight away.

A panel opens before each application showing your three most recent resumes plus an upload option. The one you tap is the one sent to that company.

It is an optional rewrite of your resume shown before you apply. Select Continue with application to apply with your existing resume, or Edit resume in Builder to improve it first.

Quick Apply becomes Applied once you have applied to that job, and Closed when the company has stopped hiring for it. Neither can be pressed.

Jobs with screening questions open a short chat that asks them one at a time. Answer each one, review your answers, then select Submit application.

These are confirmation prompts, not rejections. Answering yes continues your application. Answering no stops it, because the role needs what was asked.

A small number of jobs need a completed Goodness Score first. Select Start assessment, finish the short self assessment, then use the Continue with your application bar.

New applications are paused while you have too many interviews sitting pending or unfinished. The message lists them with a Start Interview button on each.

If you stepped away into the resume builder or the Goodness assessment, a Continue with your application bar appears there. It holds the job for 24 hours.

Links sent by GoodSpace open a simple page with the job details and one Apply button. It does the same thing as Quick Apply, with fewer steps on screen.

Your application is analysed on the spot and an Application Update screen tells you the outcome. The job is added to your tracker and the outcome is emailed to you once.

You can apply once to each posting. If the message appears unexpectedly, open your job tracker and check the date on that application.

The hiring team receives the resume you picked, your GoodSpace profile, your screening answers, and an AI assessment of how well you fit the role.

Most apply errors are a dropped connection or a missing requirement. Check your connection, then press Quick Apply again. Nothing is sent until you see a result screen.
