It says I must complete my pending interviews first
New applications are paused while you have too many interviews sitting pending or unfinished. The message lists them with a Start Interview button on each.
The message reads Please complete your pending interviews first to move forward, followed by the interviews that are waiting, each with the job title, the company and a Start Interview button.
Clear the backlog
- Pick one from the list
Select Start Interview on any of the pending interviews shown.
- Complete it
Allow your microphone and camera when asked. See AI interview.
- Apply again
Go back to the job you wanted and press Quick Apply.
If something goes wrong
The list is empty or still loading
WhyYour pending interviews are still being fetched.
FixWait a moment. If it stays empty, close the message and check your tracker for interviews that are still open.
I finished an interview but still cannot apply
WhyInterviews that were started and left unfinished still count.
FixComplete every interview in the list to the end, not just the first one.

FixThey need to be completed before new applications resume. Doing them also gives those applications a chance to move forward.
