This job requires a completed Goodness Score
A small number of jobs need a completed Goodness Score first. Select Start assessment, finish the short self assessment, then use the Continue with your application bar.
When a job needs it, pressing Quick Apply opens a message reading This job requires a completed Goodness Score. Take the quick self-assessment to unlock your application, with a Start assessment button.
Clear the requirement
- Select Start assessment
The self assessment opens. Your unfinished application is saved while you do it.
- Finish the assessment
It is a short set of questions about how you work. See Goodness Score.
- Use the Continue with your application bar
Once you have a score, a bar with the job on it appears on the progress page. Select it to finish applying without hunting for the job again.
- Or go back to the job
Open the job and press Quick Apply. It now goes straight through.
If something goes wrong
I have a score but still get the message
WhyThe assessment may not be fully complete, so no score was recorded.
FixOpen the assessment again and make sure it is finished to the end.
I lost the job while taking the assessment
WhyYou navigated away from the saved application.
FixThe saved application lasts 24 hours. After that, search the job title and company again and apply normally.

Is the Goodness Score the same as the values listed on the job?
No. The chips under Goodness values required are information only. The score is a separate self assessment. See What does Goodness values required mean.
Does a low score block my application?
The requirement is that the assessment is complete. Having a score is what unlocks the apply.
Do I have to do it again for other jobs?
No. Once you have a score it counts for every job that asks for one.
