What does Goodness values required mean on a job?
Goodness values required lists the workplace values the hiring team cares about for that role, such as Reliability or Teamwork. It is information, not a filter that blocks you.
The block sits just above Key Skills on a job page. Each chip is one of the eight GoodSpace values.
The eight values
- Reliability
- You do what you say, and deadlines are met or renegotiated early.
- Integrity
- You act the same whether or not anyone is watching.
- Honesty
- You tell the truth and let credit fall where it is earned.
- Teamwork
- You lift the people around you, not just your own output.
- Truthfulness
- You say what needs to be said, even when it is uncomfortable.
- Helpfulness
- You share context, access and support before you are asked.
- Friendliness
- You make new people feel welcome and at ease.
- Kindness
- You assume the best in people until proven otherwise.
What the chips do
- Tell you what the team is looking for beyond skills
- Help you decide what to highlight in your screening answers
- Appear only when the company chose values for that role
What they do not do
- They do not block you from applying
- They are not a score on your profile
- They are not shown on every job
