Searching
How do I clear my recent searches?
Open the search field and select Clear next to Recent Searches. The list is stored in that browser only, never on your account, and holds your last five searches.
Clear the list
- Open the search field
Tap the search field in the top bar, or the search button in the mobile bottom bar. Leave it empty.
- Find the Recent Searches heading
It is the first block in the panel that opens.
- Select Clear
The whole list is removed at once. There is no way to delete a single entry.
How the list behaves
- Where it is stored
- In this browser only.
- How many are kept
- Your last five searches.
- Duplicates
- Searching the same term again moves it to the top rather than adding a second row.
- Other devices
- Nothing syncs. Your phone and your laptop keep separate lists.
