Finding jobs

Open the Jobs tab to see roles matched to your profile. Use the search field for a job title or company name, or open a city or role page to browse a fixed list.

Recommended jobs are ranked against your profile and resume, so two people never see the same list. Jobs you have already applied to are removed from it.

You can open the jobs feed, search, and read any full job description without an account. You are asked to log in only when you save a job or apply.

Type a designation or a company name in the search field and press Enter. On desktop it sits in the top bar, on mobile it is the blue search button in the bottom bar.

The first list is the matches for your search, closest first. Under it, Other roles available is your normal recommended feed, shown so a narrow search does not end in an empty page.

An empty search usually means the term is too specific or misspelt. Use a standard job title or a company name, or browse a city or role page instead.

Open the search field and select Clear next to Recent Searches. The list is stored in that browser only, never on your account, and holds your last five searches.

A job card shows the role, the company, the location, the monthly salary and the experience range. Remote means the posting has no city on it.

The job page shows Location, CTC and Years of Experience, then the goodness values and skills the role needs, the full description, similar jobs, and the Quick Apply button.

Goodness values required lists the workplace values the hiring team cares about for that role, such as Reliability or Teamwork. It is information, not a filter that blocks you.

If a job link lands on the jobs list with no details open, the posting was removed by the company. Search for the same role, or open the company page to see what is still live.

Open a job and tap the bookmark icon at the top right of the job card. It fills in blue once saved. You need to be logged in, and the full saved list is in the GoodSpace app.

Open the job and tap the share icon at the top right. On a phone this opens your share sheet. On a desktop browser the link is copied to your clipboard instead.

Scroll to the bottom of the Jobs page and pick a link under Jobs by city or Jobs by role. Each page lists the live openings for that city or role.

Tap the company name under the job title to open its page. It shows the company details and every role it has open right now on GoodSpace.

When a company stops hiring for a role, it drops out of the jobs feed. If you already applied, the application stays on your job tracker and is marked closed there.

The feed is ranked against your resume and profile, so a thin or outdated resume produces weak matches. Update your resume and profile, then reload the Jobs page.

Once you apply, a job is removed from your feed so the list stays useful. Jobs also leave the feed when the company closes them or has enough applications.
