Contact HR

Contact HR is a Gold feature on the job page. It opens a card with the recruiter's name, their direct mobile number and, when available, their email, plus Copy, Call and WhatsApp buttons. Gold members can use it on any job.

Contact HR sits in the sticky bar at the bottom of the job details, to the right of Quick Apply. It appears on the jobs page, on a single job page, on saved jobs and on referred jobs, and on the job screen in the app.

Contact HR is available to GoodSpace Gold members only. Free users see an upgrade prompt instead of the recruiter card. The 7 day Gold trial counts as Gold, so trial members get it too.

The app has the same Contact HR button in the bottom bar of a job. Gold members get the same recruiter card with Copy, Call Now or Email, and Contact on WhatsApp. Free users get the same Gold prompt.

You get a card with the recruiter's name, the role they cover, the company, a Gold Access pill and the Mobile Number with a Copy button. When their record has an email, an Email row appears too, with Call Now and Contact on WhatsApp below.

There is no limit. While your Gold plan is active you can open Contact HR on as many jobs as you like. It does not spend tool credits or GCoins and there is no charge per contact.

Send one short message that names the job, says who you are in a line, and asks a clear question. Keep it in working hours, do not send the same message twice in a day, and follow up only once.

Copy and save the contact, check that your application is actually submitted, send one short message, then add the job to your tracker so you know when to follow up.

There is no unlock history page. GoodSpace does not show you a list of the recruiter contacts you opened. Copy the number when the card is open, save it in your phone, and note the job in your tracker.

Recruiters handle many roles at a time, so a slow reply is normal. Wait at least two working days, send one short follow up, and keep applying to similar jobs in the meantime. GoodSpace cannot make a recruiter respond.

This means no recruiter contact is ready for that job yet. It is not a problem with your Gold plan. Apply to the job anyway, and try Contact HR again on other roles.

This is a temporary loading error, not a plan problem. Press Try again on the card. If it keeps failing, check your internet, reload the job page, and sign in again.

On jobs that GoodSpace sources itself, the card can show the shared GoodSpace hiring desk instead of one recruiter. That card replaces Call Now with Email, because a written message reaches the right person faster.

The prompt appears when your account is not on Gold. It leads with HR Contact Access and the Unlock Gold Now button, which takes you to the Gold plans page. Nothing is charged from the prompt itself.

Contact HR needs a signed in account. If your profile has no resume yet, a short upload step runs before the feature continues. Finish either step and the flow carries on where you left it.
