Contact HR asks me to sign in or upload a resume
Contact HR needs a signed in account. If your profile has no resume yet, a short upload step runs before the feature continues. Finish either step and the flow carries on where you left it.
Getting past the sign in step
- Press Contact HR
The sign in window opens instead of the recruiter card.
- Sign in as a job seeker
Use the number or the Google account you signed up with.
- Nothing else to do
After you sign in, GoodSpace continues the Contact HR flow on the same job by itself.
If it does not, press Contact HR once more.
Getting past the resume step
- Upload a resume
A short upload step appears if your profile does not have one yet.
- Wait for it to be read
GoodSpace reads the file and fills your profile from it.
If it fails, see Profile and resume.
- The flow continues
Once the resume is in, Contact HR carries on and shows the card or the Gold prompt.
If something goes wrong
I signed in but nothing opened
WhyThe plan check was still loading when the window closed.
FixPress Contact HR again on the same job.
It keeps asking me to sign in
WhyCookies or site data are blocked, so the session is not saved.

I want to skip the resume step
WhyIt cannot be skipped from here.
FixYou can finish the full onboarding instead and then return to the job.
