What do I see when Contact HR opens?
You get a card with the recruiter's name, the role they cover, the company, a Gold Access pill and the Mobile Number with a Copy button. When their record has an email, an Email row appears too, with Call Now and Contact on WhatsApp below.
On the card
- Name
- The recruiter's name, with HR Coordinator and the company under it
- Gold Access
- A gold pill confirming this opened because you are a Gold member
- Mobile Number
- The recruiter's direct line, with a Copy button
- Shown with its own Copy button when the recruiter's record carries one
- Buttons
- Call Now (or Email) and Contact on WhatsApp
- Footer
- Verified recruiter contact by GoodSpace
What each button does
- Copy
Copies the number or the email to your clipboard. The button briefly reads Copied.
Use this to save the contact in your phone before you close the card.
- Call Now
Opens your phone dialler with the number already filled in.
- Contact on WhatsApp
Opens WhatsApp with a chat to that number, so you can type your first message.
- Email
Opens your email app with the address filled in. This replaces Call Now on jobs handled by the shared GoodSpace hiring desk.

An email row only appears when the recruiter's record carries one. The mobile number is always the main contact.
Is the number the company's HR or GoodSpace?
It is the person handling that job for GoodSpace. For jobs we source ourselves it can be the shared GoodSpace hiring desk.
Can I share the number with a friend?
Please do not. It is given to you as a Gold member for this job, and misuse can get the contact withdrawn.
