Where is the Contact HR button?
Contact HR sits in the sticky bar at the bottom of the job details, to the right of Quick Apply. It appears on the jobs page, on a single job page, on saved jobs and on referred jobs, and on the job screen in the app.
Find the button
- Open a job
On Jobs, select a job from the list so the details open on the right. On a phone the details open as a full screen.
- Scroll to the bottom
The bar with Quick Apply is pinned to the bottom of the job details and stays there while you scroll.

Contact HR is the black button with a gold crown, sharing that bar.
Screens where Contact HR appears
- The Jobs page, in the job details panel
- A single job page opened from a link or from search
- The Saved tab of applied jobs
- Referred jobs inside Refer and Earn
- The job details screen in the GoodSpace Android and iOS app
If something goes wrong
I see Quick Apply but no Contact HR
WhyYou are most likely on the details view for a job you have already applied to, which is a different screen.
FixOpen the same job from Jobs or from the Saved tab instead.
The bottom bar is covered by my keyboard or a banner
WhyThe bar is pinned to the bottom of the screen.
FixClose the keyboard or the banner, then scroll the job details once so the bar settles.
The button is there but nothing happens
WhyYou are signed out, so a sign in step opens first.
FixSign in, then press Contact HR again.

Is Contact HR on every job?
The button is on every job that has the standard job details bar. Whether a recruiter contact is actually available for that job is decided when you open it.
Can I reach it from my job tracker?
No. Open the job itself from Jobs to get the button. See Job tracker.
